Signups

School scheduling can be cumbersome. PTBoard makes it easier! With the signup feature, administrators and teachers can create online signups for various events and parents can then easily sign themselves up for conferences and volunteer slots. After logging in, signups can be found under the Activity/Project tab in PTBoard.

Ms. Conner, PTA President, needs parent volunteers to send in menu items for the upcoming teacher luncheon. Within the luncheon activity, she is able to "create a signup." Mrs. Brice sees the signup minutes later when she views PTBoard from her phone. She knows that she had extra taco seasoning in the pantry, so she simply clicks the button next to this item to claim it. Ms. Conner now sees that the taco seasoning slot is full and is grateful that parents like Mrs. Brice are volunteering so quickly and efficiently!
