Directory

$5 dollar directories are a thing of the past! Once you've logged in to PTBoard, you will see a tab for the Student Directory. Administrators can avoid the hassle of traditional directories with this feature. Contact information is uploaded easily, and parents, teachers, and staff members of the school can easily view the contact information. They can even search particular names with the "type ahead" feature or by choosing to look for contacts in a specific class. The administrator of a school can also print out a traditional school directory if they desire a hard copy.

Mrs. Brice wants to schedule a playdate with 3rd grader John Smith for her son. She clicks on the Student Directory tab, chooses her son's 3rd grade class, types in "John Smith," and quickly finds the contact information for John. Afterwards, she pulls up her son’s name. She clicks "edit" and updates his contact information with her new cell phone number very quickly and efficiently.
