Document Sharing
Sharing students' project and accomplishments with parents is so important but can be very challenging for teachers.
Hanging projects on bulletin boards around the room is inefficient and parents aren't always able to see them.
Also, many student projects now take the form of PowerPoint presentations, which can't be simply hung on a wall.
The files are often large and cumbersome to email. PTBoard makes it easier for teachers to show off their students'
accomplishments!
Mrs. Page is so proud of her 5th grade students' recent projects on famous
Americans. Some parents were able to attend their students' presentations, but it wasn't possible for many. At the end
of the school day, she log into PTBoard, finds the "Famous Americans" classroom activity then she uploads each
student's power point presentations for parents to see. Mrs. Brice races out of work, rushing to make it home in
time for her daughter's piano lesson. Work was too hectic today for her to make her daughter's midday presentation.
As she rides the elevator down, she pulls out her phone and logs into PTBoard. Mrs. Page has her daughter's
presentation! What an easy and efficient way for Mrs. Brice to see her daughter's hard work!
