School Announcement

Once you've logged into PTBoard, you will see a tab for school announcements. Administrators can quickly deliver messages about school-wide events to parents without spending too much time writing and emailing. This feature allows you to post school-wide announcements, and automatically send emails to all members of your school.

Principal Wilson wants to tell the school about the end-of-the-year party and remind them to purchase tickets on PTBoard, so he simply logs into PTBoard, goes under the “Admin” tab, types in a title and message and then publishes the announcement. It's that easy! The members of the school receive emails containing the announcement. They can also view the most recent messages on the "Dashboard" of their PTBoard account, or can view all the announcements under the "Announcement" tab.
