Forms

Are there too many forms to keep track of at your school? PTBoard can help! Forms such as permission slips, reading logs and health forms can be uploaded to PTBoard by administrators and teachers, to be printed and filled out as needed by parents. PTBoard even sends reminders to parents as due dates for forms approach. Forms can be found on the "Forms" tab and are then organized as "School forms" or classroom forms.

Mrs. Brice, a working mom of three children, loses her oldest son's permission form for the school camping trip. She looks for it for twenty minutes, finally realizing that she put it into her purse which is on the counter downstairs. Feeling relieved that she knows where it is, she goes downstairs and looks on the counter. Unfortunately, the purse is not there, and she searches for 10 minutes, finally realizing that she actually left her purse upstairs in her bedroom.
