Photo Sharing

Parents take as many pictures as possible of their children’s activities and want to share them, though public social media isn't always the appropriate place to do so. PTBoard makes secure photo sharing easy! Parents and teachers can contribute photos to their children's specific classes and projects by clicking the "Activity/Project tab" and then clicking the "Photo" button to create an album and upload pictures. These photos are only shared with the parents enrolled in a class. They may be used for newsletters, yearbooks, presentations, etc. With secure photo sharing, parents can access visual updates of what their children are learning in school.

Mrs. Brice wasn't able to chaperone the field trip to Hershey Park, but hopes to see some pictures of her son having fun. She logs into PTBoard, clicks the "Activity/Project" tab, and finds the pictures in the "Photo Sharing" tab under "Hershey Park Field Trip" that her friend, a chaperone, has uploaded from her phone. Mrs. Brice clicks through and sees that the whole class, including her son, had a great time. In just a few minutes, she received a visual update of her child’s learning adventure.
